🛑 Order Cancellation

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made to order, and production begins shortly after your purchase.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the crafting process has started.

  • If you need to cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
    After 6 hours, cancellation will not be possible, as artisans begin working on your product.

💰 Refunds

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Since each jewellery piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, colour preference, or last-minute decisions.

2. Refunds Only in Case of Damage or Wrong Product

A refund or replacement is only applicable if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive a wrong item that does not match your order.

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Send clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Our team will verify the issue and guide you with the next steps.

Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval.

🔄 Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may receive a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement is applicable when:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The design sent is incorrect

  • There is a genuine defect in craftsmanship

Note: As all items are handmade, slight colour or design variations are normal and not considered defects.

📦 Returns

We currently do not accept returns for size, colour preference, personal dislike, or outfit mismatch.

Return shipping (only in approved cases) must be handled by the customer unless stated otherwise.

💳 Refund Method (If Approved)

For eligible refunds:

  • Refund will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Handmade items may have minor variations — this is part of their beauty.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Wrong address or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.
