Our Jewelry
Yes, every piece is completely handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional mirror work, thread embroidery, beads, shells, and other authentic materials. Small variations are normal and add to the uniqueness of each item.
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, sweat, and direct sunlight. Store it in a dry pouch or box after use. Handle the mirror and threadwork gently to maintain shine and durability.
Payment & Shipping
We accept all major online payment options through Razorpay, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Your payment is 100% secure and encrypted.
Since all items are made to order, crafting takes 7–8 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. You can check live updates until your parcel arrives.
Currently, we do not offer COD. All payments are processed securely online via Razorpay at the time of checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour preference, or change of mind. Each piece is created specially for you, so returns are not applicable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or a video. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
