Mayra Artwork is a brand offering handmade, made-to-order jewellery, including neckpieces, earrings, choker sets, handcuffs, rings, waistbelts, and accessories.
All products are crafted by artisans, and slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur — this is part of their natural handmade charm.
2. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree that:

You will not copy, misuse, or repurpose any content, images, or product designs without permission.
You will not attempt to harm, hack, or interfere with the website’s functionality.
All content on this site is the intellectual property of Mayra Artwork.
3. Product Information
All products are handcrafted after an order is placed.
Slight variations in colour, mirror placement, thread shades, shell sizes, or embellishments are normal.
Product images are for reference; the final product may have minor artistic differences since each piece is unique.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
Mayra Artwork reserves the right to update prices at any time without notice.
5. Order Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 6 hours, as artisans begin the crafting process.
Incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer may cause delays or delivery failures. Mayra Artwork is not responsible for such issues.
6. Shipping & Delivery
As products are made to order, processing takes 7–8 days.
Shipping typically takes 3–4 working days, depending on location.
Delays caused by courier partners, festivals, weather, or unforeseen reasons are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We do not accept returns for size, colour preferences, change of mind, or outfit mismatches.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged or wrong products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in original packaging unless damage is proven.

Mayra Artwork is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier services
Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer
Allergic reactions to materials (thread, metal, or fabric)

Slight colour or design variations due to product being handmade
